Holiday House Casia is a newly built, charming house in a quiet rural area on the outskirts of Zadar County.
It is located in Murvica, just a short drive away from the historical town of Zadar.
The house is on the ground floor, which provides a continuous flow between the living area, sleeping area and the outdoors.
On the 400 m2 property there is a swimming pool with sunloungers, a BBQ area, and an outdoor furniture equipped covered terrace.
The property garden is just a small piece of greenery, as the house is surrounded with nature.
Inside, you will find an open-concept living area with a living room, dining room and kitchen, with a direct exit to the terrace.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a convertible double sofa for accommodating a maximum of 6 guests.
One bathroom with shower is available.
The house has 2 parking spaces on the property, cable TV, Wi-Fi throughout, and 3 individually controled A/C-s.
Pets are allowed with an additional fee. Please note that young groups are not accepted.

Maison superbe avec sa piscine. Le propriétaire la nettoie chaque jours. Situé dans un endroit calme, chaleureux, accueillant avec une belle vue. Proche de Zadar, des centres commerciaux et des restaurants.Le propriétaire et sa famille ont été très accueillants, gentils et nous ont même offert des fruits.
