The Luxury Dune House is located right next to a beautiful piece of dune, just 250 meters from the beach and the promenade, and a two-minute walk from the cozy village center.
Upon arrival, your car can easily be registered digitally in the municipality's parking system. **Space & Layout** The ground floor radiates light and openness thanks to the large windows and two French doors leading to the terrace.
This design, combined with the green surroundings and the enclosed garden, gives a wonderful feeling of being outside.
Upon entering, you come into the open kitchen, which is fully equipped for comfortable meal preparation.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area for four people.
The living room offers a cozy seating area with a television, ideal for relaxation after a day full of activities.
The bathroom and toilet are also located on the ground floor. The garden is facing the sunny south and is fully fenced, providing extra privacy and a safe play area for children. **Bedrooms & View** On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, both with a lovely view of the dune landscape.
