Enjoying by the Sea: Your Holiday Home close to the beach and the village center
Welcome to Enjoying by the Sea! This comfortable holiday home with its own entrance and private garden offers everything for a relaxing stay in Egmond aan Zee. Your car will also be registered without extra costs in the municipality's digital parking system.
From the house, you are just 170 meters from the beach and the promenade, and within three minutes walking you reach the charming village center. The holiday home offers plenty of space and comfort, ideal for families or groups of friends looking for both coziness and privacy.
There is a bedroom on the ground floor and two rooms upstairs, one of which is used as a bedroom and the other as extra storage space.
Additionally, the house has two toilets, which provides extra convenience for larger groups.
The entire ground floor has underfloor heating for a pleasant atmosphere, even in winter. Upon entering, you will find a hallway with a toilet.
The cozy sitting area offers a comfortable seating area with a television that provides access to all Dutch and German channels.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a 4-burner gas stove, and provides everything you need to cook extensively.
The bathroom, also on the ground floor, is equipped with a shower and a second toilet.
Directly next to the bathroom is the bedroom. The kitchen grants access to the enclosed garden, where there is a spacious garden set for enjoyable meals outdoors. On the upper floor, there are two rooms.
The first room is furnished with a wardrobe and offers extra storage space; a baby crib can be added here if desired.
The second room serves as the upper bedroom. In the summer, the changeover day for the holiday home is Saturday.
During the low season, other arrival days are also possible, allowing for more flexible booking.
