Ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for a comfortable stay close to BER Airport and the Adlershof science center. Guests enter the house through the main entrance and reach the apartment via the stairs to the first floor. Your host lives in the same building and is available if you need assistance. **Early Access** To maintain our quality standards, we require a preparation window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on arrival days. If the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly offer a complimentary early check-in and inform you proactively. Guests who require a **guaranteed early check-in** may book this option for a service fee, which covers the additional resources needed for an expedited cleaning and inspection process. Our main house rules: ⢠If you are looking for a place to party, this apartment is not the right fit. It is designed for quiet and comfortable stays. ⢠Please use the Wi-Fi responsibly.

This newly built apartment offers a comfortable and practical layout with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment includes: ⢠a living room with sofa bed and Smart TV ⢠a fully equipped kitchen ⢠*two bedrooms ⢠a modern bathroom with shower and washing machine *Please note that one of the bedrooms is located in the upper gallery and can only be accessed via a steep wooden staircase. While many younger guests and families enjoy the unique loft-style layout, it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility. The lower bedroom features a double bed (140 cm), while the upper gallery offers two single beds (90 cm each), which can be arranged together or separately. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The apartment is ideal for 2-4 guests, while up to 6 guests can stay comfortably for shorter visits. The kitchen is fully equipped with: ⢠refrigerator with freezer ⢠coffee machine ⢠kettle ⢠microwave ⢠dishwasher ⢠toaster ⢠cookware, dishes and cutlery The living room includes a 36-inch Smart TV with HDMI connection.

Wir waren für ein Wochenende Ende Oktober 2025 in der kleinen Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss eines neuen Hauses in Rudow. Die Wohnung bietet für 3-4 Erwachsene alles was man braucht.
