Apartment of 140m2 entirely renovated and decorated by an interior designer, located in the Plateau d`Assy, facing south with a magnificent view on the Arve Valley and the Aiguille du Midi. It is ideal for spending pleasant moments with family or friends in the Chamonix valley as well as in St Gervais, Megève (20mn) or Geneva and Annecy (1h). The place is well known among paragliders as well as cyclists and hikers for the paths and direct access to Chamonix.
This single-storey apartment is located on the ground floor of a property with 3 apartments and a garden of 500m2, not fenced, for private use (with a hammock).
It consists first of all of an entrance and a corridor serving the kitchen, the living room and extending to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, microwave, Nespresso, citrus press, Kitchen cook, dishwasher, plancha, etc.) to fully enjoy the local flavors with family or friends. Two spaces for this purpose in the living room. A beautiful table in a nicely decorated dining area and a lounge area where you can enjoy a breathtaking view and the fireplace. TV and sound bar for those wishing to reconnect with civilization (ADSL). Access to a balcony of 30m2, without opposite, with a view on the mountain and the valley.
The two main bedrooms have queen-size bedding, their own desk area, and direct access to the south-facing balcony with views of the valley.
The third bedroom, `refuge` style, is more suitable for children (190cm bunk beds), with its own desk area and TV.
You will find two bathrooms, one with a toilet. The second toilet is separate. A laundry room (washing machine, dryer) completes this apartment.
Always available but never intrusive
Neighboring the Plateau d`Assy, Maffrey is a very pleasant village with old farms recently renovated, with lots of green spaces and located in the hillsides.
The area around the house is a great place for hiking between Passy, Servoz, Les Houches and Chamonix. Popular cycling routes to Switzerland or Chamonix. Discovering the region is easy because of the central location, at the crossroads of the Mont Blanc region. The proximity to Geneva is extremely appreciated (45min drive with private transportation available from Geneva airport at very reasonable prices) for regular travelers.
A very warm, well located and spacious apartment with all amenities available in a quiet and sunny valley for nature lovers between city and mountain.
You have at your disposal a parking space which is reserved for you, just in front of the door of the apartment. For travelers without vehicles, there is a bus station 250m away which allows you to easily reach the main bus or train lines to take advantage of the Chamonix valley on one side and the proximity of the Geneva airport on the other (45min).
