The house is located just off Cap d'Ail's main avenue, offering an ideal location between Monaco and the sea. Please note that access to the property is via a staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those travelling with heavy luggage. Thanks to its slightly elevated position, the house remains peaceful despite its proximity to the main road. As is common with townhouses in this area, there is some overlooking from neighbouring properties.
Free parking spaces may be available along the main avenue. You'll also enjoy direct access to Marquet Beach via the staircase located right next to the house.
Monaco is just a 10-minute walk away, while a supermarket and bakery can be reached in only 7 minutes on foot. Bus stops with direct connections to Monaco are also within easy walking distance, making it easy to explore the area without a car.
